CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits & Cancellations - A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total service cost is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will only be refunded if I personally need to cancel your appointment. - Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the booked service. - No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. - Failure to pay outstanding fees within 24 hours of the original appointment time will result in being blocked from future booking. - To regain booking access, an unblock fee equal to 75% of the service cost must be paid. - Clients who cancel or no-call/no-show without paying a deposit will still be responsible for the applicable fees, plus an additional 25% charge. Future appointments will also require a deposit for up to 6 months. Guest Policy - No extra guests are permitted unless approved prior to the appointment. - Absolutely no children are allowed unless they are the client being serviced. Booking Policy - I will no longer manually book appointments for time slots that are already available through the booking website unless: - the appointment is requested outside of normal business hours, or - there is a website malfunction. - If I manually schedule your appointment, the required deposit must be paid by the end of the day or the appointment will be canceled. Grace Period - A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. - If there is no communication or prior arrangement regarding lateness, the appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-call/no-show. I understand that unexpected situations happen. These policies are not intended as punishment, but as protection for my business, time, and income as an independent service provider.
